BOOKING INFORMATION
OUR FEES ARE SIMPLE
Our 10 acre property has two totally separate self-contained venues – you choose between the Bluebonnet Barn and the Meadow Barn. Each venue has its own respective ceremony and reception spaces, as well as designated parking. A full-day rental is 10 hours. You choose the 10 hours anywhere between 10am and 11pm. Most couples choose 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm, to get the most time under the sparkly lights! All access, setup and clean-up take place during the rental period. You can add on additional time for $275 per hour. The maximum guest count at each venue is 150. You are welcome to rent out the entire property if you have a higher guest count.
Our open vendor policy allows you to work with any vendors you’d like to as well as help from family and friends. You are welcome to bring in your own food and alcohol. We do not require security, a day of coordinator, or for you to buy insurance.
We keep our prices low and pride ourselves on being a naturally beautiful venue that gives you the freedom to personalize the space to best fit your unique vision. As part of our open vendor policy, tables and chairs are not included. You can rent them from us or any rental company.

How Do You Reserve Your Date?
We require a completed online rental agreement, rental fee payment, and damage deposit to reserve your date. Email or text us at 512-751-2739 to receive the Rental Agreement link and the online payment link.
We offer payment plans! The total amount (Rental Fee + Damage Deposit) can be split into 2, 3, or 4 payments. There is a $25 fee per payment to split it. For example, with the 4 payment option, you would pay 1/4 of the rental fee at the time of booking, the second payment would be 30 days later, the third payment at 60 days, and the final payment would be due 90 days after booking.
Planning a Small Wedding?
Are you looking for a venue that won’t feel overwhelming for your smaller guest count? Our flexible spaces work beautifully! For guest counts of 50 or less, we offer a Six Hour Rental for $1150. These rates are available for weddings taking place on Monday through Thursday. We also offer this on weekends (subject to availability) when booked within 12 weeks of the event date. All access/setup/ breakdown takes place within the rental period. Contact us for more details and to check availability.
