When you need that extra help with setting up and cleaning up your wedding day, The Wildflower Barn has you covered! With our “Luxury Walk Away” Service you can transform the venue from a DIY facility to a full-service venue – all for only an additional $650.

Your pre-rented (actual tables and chair rental is not included) Tables and Chairs will be already set up for you prior to the start of your rental time.  Your family and friends just get to do the fun part of decorating with no heavy lifting!

Four hours before your rental time ends, two wedding staff will arrive to help you with clearing dishes from tables, taking out the trash, keeping the bathroom stocked and clean… anything you and your friends or family need them to do so you and your guests can enjoy the evening.

After your grand exit, the wedding staff will help your friends and family pack up and take everything to the cars – wedding gifts, decorations, leftover food and beverages. They will then take care of ALL the clean-up, taking the trash to the dumpsters, and breaking down of tables and chairs.

Adding this package to your Wedding Day will give you the peace of mind that you and your guests can just walk away at the end of the evening and not have to worry about any of the cleanup.

During the reception:

To take advantage of the setup portion of this service, you must rent your tables and chairs through The Wildflower Barn or any rental company that can deliver prior to 10am on your event day.

Please book this service at least 6 weeks prior to your wedding to allow for proper staffing arrangements to be made.
